For a product with demonstrated effectiveness against influenza A virus, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will allow it to claim effectiveness against all influenza A viruses, including H1N1. Maril products will submit notification for its concentrate Control III Disinfectant/Germicide and ready-to-use Control III Laboratory/Germicide. Maril Products expects to receive formal notification of acceptance of the claim within 20 days through an expedited EPA review process.
