Operational Strategies for Converting to the New MDS 3.0 Assessment
The new MDS 3.0 is scheduled to be implemented on October 1,2010! During this 1-hour session, we will review the changes in the new assessment that will affect your data collection process; identify "hot spots" that will affect quality and reimbursement; and briefly look at the effect of the MDS 3.0 on other processes including the RUGs system, state Medicaid system, Care Planning, and Quality Measure/Quality Indicators.
